UK Ambassador to Viet Nam Giles Lever and the central city's officials joined a team of 30 local and foreign cyclists racing the final stage of the 1,600km ‘Cycle a Difference' journey, a ride to raise funds to reduce the fatality ratio for newborn babies in the central and Central Highlands regions.
