The sponsorship signing ceremony was held yesterday between the bank and the Viet Nam Professional Football Joint Stock Company in HCM City.
The Kienlongbank V.League 2 2015 will kick off on Saturday with the participation of eight teams. The winners will be promoted to play in V.League 1 next year and will be awarded VND1 billion (US$47,000).
The second- and third-placed teams will get a bonus of VND500 million ($23,000) and VND250 million ($11,500), respectively. The league's top scorer will win VND20 million ($950), and the winners of the fair play award will receive VND100 million ($4,700).
The Kienlongbank National Cup has also drawn the participation 22 teams. The winners will walk away with VND1 billion (US$47,000). — VNS
