Martin Rama, Delhi-based chief economist for South Asia at the World
Bank, recently published a photo book titled Ha Noi - Promenade that
includes images of the city during the period he worked here between
2002 and 2010.
As rapid urbanisation swamps most big cities in Asia, making them ugly
and boring, much of Ha Noi is still livable. A visual display ofthe
capital''s attractions by author Martin Rama will be held at Manzi Art
Space from March 18-23.
