The Cuu Long (Mekong) Delta province of Dong Thap
will organise a tourism festival at the Tram Chim National Park in Tam
Nong District on September 25.
A documentary about conservation efforts to protect the white short
langur, a primate listed as Critically Endangered in the Red Book, was
awarded the Special Golden Prize at the 33rd National Television
Festival.
Son Tra Peninsula, about 10km from downtown Da Nang, is a favoured
destination for local and foreign tourists in the summer holidays, with
pristine, sunny beaches and various natural sites to attract wildlife
watchers and adventurers.
