OCA backs Viet Nam's withdrawal from hosting ASIAD

Viet Nam will not be penalised for withdrawing from hosting the 2019 Asiad Games, Deputy Chairman of the Viet Nam Olympic Committee Hoang Vinh Giang has confirmed.
