loosening their purse strings to buy expensive ornamental flowers and
fruit trees for the coming Tet holidays.
Under the guidance of the Ministry of Information
and Communications, Viet Nam Television (VTV) has sent documents to
Vietnamese television stations to propose plans to buy the English
Premier League (EPL) television rights in Viet Nam from 2013 to 2016.
