The festival will feature a diverse and engaging series of activities, including exhibition spaces, trade exhibitions, forums and specialised seminars as well as a variety of cultural, sports and tourism events.
The annual Canadian Food Festival will introduce a wide range of seafood
including lobster, oysters, snow crab, black cod, Atlantic salmon and
mussels, in addition to Canadian wines and spirits, maple syrup,
Ambrosia apples and dried fruits.
