A programme entiled Millions of Hearts for the
Country kicked off yesterday in Ha Noi aiming to raise funds for
Vietnamese forces stationed on the nation''s coast and islands.
A 24-minute film entitled Picture. Perfect by American director Winston
Tao has won the highest prize, the Golden Heart Award, at the Viet Nam
international YxineFF 2013 online short film contest, which screened 76
films ed from 200 entries worldwide.
The short film Dawn by Vietnamese-American director
Leon Le has won a Golden Heart, the top prize in the international
online short-film festival YxineFF.
