The southernmost province of Cà Mau will host the inaugural Culture, Heritage and Hot Air Balloon Festival that will take place from August 28 to September 1.
The first Vietnamese international hot-air
balloon fiesta will be held in southern Binh Thuan Province over six
days from August 29. It is likely to attract hundreds of thousands of people from all over the world.
