Phương Mỹ Chi of Việt Nam finished third in the Sing!Asia a Chinese sensational music show that includes a large line-up of artists from various countries in Macao, China on July 27.
The singing contest Ngoi Sao Phuong Nam (Southern
Star) has chosen 12 singers among 12,000 candidates who took part in the
final round, according to Vinh Long Television and Kmedia, the host of
the event.
Pham Trung Kien, who won the HCM City Television''s (HTV) 2010 Tieng Ca
Hoc Duong (Singing School), will be among eight women and men
contestants in the final round of the station''s annual singing contest
Tieng Hat Truyen Hinh, beginning tonight.
The six-year-old Quoc Thai, together with his seven-year-old teammate
Nhat Minh, won the Do Re Mi (Do Re Mi) children singing contest last
night in Ha Noi.
The final Viet Nam ion of the third Viet
Nam-China singing contest was held last Saturday in Ha Noi, with the
participation of the 10 best contestants.
Vietnamese candidates aged above 18 are invited to
compete in a local version of NBC''s popular reality singing contest The
Voice to be aired on Viet Nam Television (VTV) in May.
