QUANG NINH (VNS) — Vietnamese-born Canadian bubble artist Fan Yang, dubbed "the bubble witch" by the media, will perform at the Marina Festival in the northern Quang Ninh Province on April 28 and 29.

The world-renowned bubble artist, who holds 19 Guinness World Records, will dazzle audiences at Halong Marine Plaza with a magical bubble rave that features laser effects, and combines bubble art with media art to create an original and fantastic performance.

The bubble rave will be the highlight of the Marina Festival's gala night, which will also include a spectacular light show, DJ music and dance.

Children can enjoy fairy tale-like bubble gardens that Fan Yang will recreate at Halong Marine Plaza and Marina Bay Beach. The children can also participate by creating colourful bubbles themselves.

Other recreational activities such as street music, a traditional rural food market and handicrafts will start from 9am.

During the two-day festival, Halong Marine Plaza's night market will offer promotions to shoppers, becoming an attractive shopping destination for both tourists and local residents.

Tini World, a system combining education and entertainment, will launch T Club, a creative and dynamic amusement park for teenagers in Halong Marine Plaza, which includes coffee, food, games and art zones. — VNS
